We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.

To comply with relevant legislation, we will keep a record of donations subject to gift aid, and a record of all donations made directly to us for 6 years. We will dispose of this information after 6 years.
